My Philosophy
Having worked in King and Kitsap Counties my entire career, I know and am known by many physicians, therapists, and agencies. Although I am an individual private practitioner, I believe strongly in the team approach. I like to give and receive feedback from family members, physicians, and community members serving the child for the most thorough evaluation and intervention possible. Because I value the importance of services from a variety of settings I may offer recommendations to schools and other agencies, but I will never dictate what another agency should do. I believe in early intervention, having seen the wonderful foundation building that is possible when problem areas are treated at this critical time. If I feel I am not the best person to serve the child, I will not hesitate to refer elsewhere.
